TESTER N20 sits in the enviable “sweet spot” of cost vs. performance in the middle of Aurender’s range of digital source components. Equally at home in a cost-no-object system or as the cornerstone of a more modest system, N20 is designed to be connected to the world’s best high-quality DACs. the N20 features ultra high-end SPDIF (Coaxial, BNC, Optical) and AES/EBU outputs in addition to an isolated USB Audio output. The SPDIF digital output suite is controlled by a precise OCXO clock for long-term jitter reduction, achieving the perfect marriage of low noise and low jitter. A word clock or master clock input is also provided for users who wish to sync with an external clock. High-resolution file support for all major codecs goes to the extreme limits, and on-the-fly DSD-to-PCM conversion by FPGA is available for SPDIF outputs. N20 is equipped with two user-installable storage bays, allowing the user to select the drive type and capacity to meet their own needs. The handsome machined aluminum front panel features a large 8.8” full-color IPS LCD display that reproduces the album art, artist name and song title. A true overachiever, the N20 fully embodies the virtues of high-end audio performance and user-friendliness expected from Aurender.

Within our Lampizator team we had set a new challenge: to create an entirely new DAC not based on any model from the past but with no frills, no bells or whistles , no volume control, no remote control, no preamp - just a bare bone DAC with the best possible sound and at the lowest possible cost of everything thats not sound.

We have Horizon 99 digital engines available after the Horizon1 DAC is upgraded to H360 - we can recycle the famous, babulously complex and fabulously good sounding engine.

Ultra 7 V2

The new Stillpoints Ultra 7’s were originally custom-designed for Rockport Technology Arrakis loudspeakers. They are a culmination of years of research and development and are currently the pinnacle of the Stillpoints range. The range of thread sizes and pitches are so far custom to Rockport, Avalon, Wilson and Raidho. The size and pitch of the threads currently available are: M10-1.5, M22 – 2.0, M22 – 2.5, 1/4-20, 5/16-18, 3/8-16, 1/2-13.

Due to its high impedance (nominal 8 ohms) and generous sensitivity, the Icon 12 speaker works exceptionally well with both low-power tube amplifiers as well as conventional A-AB and Class D amplifiers. If more headroom is desired for higher volumes in larger spaces, the Icon 12 got your back.

LS1c

The LS1c is the flagship of our LS1 active loudspeaker series. It is named after the revolutionary TPCD Carbon Composite tweeter that we developed in cooperation with driver manufacturer Seas. Even more important is that we rebuilt all elements of the LS1 design from the ground up: the electronics with latest generation amplifiers, the audio DSP code, the computer aided calibration method, the firmware and the PC/Mac software that controls the entire system. To pick just one example, with the knowledge we gained from developing the MU1 and MU2 FPGA Pure Nyquist filters, we were able to dramatically improve the crossover phase correction filters of the LS1c’s DSP.
